Exploring the Relationship Between Mental Health, Spirituality, and Religiosity Among Testicular Cancer Survivors

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between mental health, spirituality, and religiosity as they relate to coping mechanisms among testicular cancer survivors. All research activities will solely take place through this secure, online survey via Qualtrics.
This survey is a complete series of short surveys about your mental health, your level of spirituality and religiosity, and how these factors have related to your cancer remission.
Participation in this study is estimated to take no longer than 20 minutes of your time.
You must be a survivor of testicular cancer and must be 18 years of age or older to take part in this research study.
