TCAF Connect is a free app from the Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation. It gathers what people actually need after a diagnosis — and before one — in a single place: a step-by-step self-exam guide, plain-language explanations of treatment, a map of hospitals that specialize in testicular cancer, and a directory of survivors and caregivers who volunteered to talk.
