Testicular Cancer Conference Indianapolis 2026

The Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation (TCAF) Travel Assistance Program helps testicular cancer patients and survivors attend the 2026 Testicular Cancer Conference when financial barriers would otherwise prevent participation. Individuals who have not yet registered for the conference are encouraged to apply before completing their registration.

Conference registration includes the Thursday Welcome Dinner, breakfast and lunch during Friday's conference, and the Saturday Lunch Social.

Travel assistance is limited and awards are not guaranteed.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be a current testicular cancer patient or survivor.

  • Demonstrate financial need.

  • Submit a completed application by the deadline.

Eligible Expenses

Travel assistance may cover:

  • Airfare

  • Fuel reimbursement for personal vehicle travel

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Ground transportation (uber, lyft, taxi, etc.)

Awards are based on impact statement, financial need, travel distance, and available funding. The maximum award is $350.

Reimbursement

Travel assistance is provided as reimbursement after conference attendance.

Recipients must:

  • Attend the conference.

  • Pay eligible travel expenses upfront.

  • Submit itemized receipts for approved expenses within 14 days of the conference.

  • Reimbursements will not exceed the approved award amount.

  • Reimbursement will be issued by check.

In cases of exceptional financial hardship, TCAF may elect to pay certain travel expenses directly.

Registration Fee Refund

The $59 conference registration fee is refundable for patients, survivors, and family members who attend the conference.

To request your refund, please email info@testescancer.org after October 10, 2026. Registration fee refunds are available only to conference attendees.

The registration fee refund is separate from and does not count toward the maximum $350 travel assistance award.

Receipts must be submitted by October 26, 2026. Reimbursements are typically issued within 7–10 days of receipt.
