A full-throttle Indianapolis experience designed for connection beyond the clinic
Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation is pleased to invite testicular cancer medical experts to take part in TCAF’s Indy 500 Experience, a full-day opportunity to connect with colleagues while enjoying one of the most iconic sporting events in the world.
The experience will begin with a hosted breakfast at the Colts Gridiron Hall, followed by a full day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway during Fast Friday, the last full practice session before qualifying races begin for the 110th Indianapolis 500.

What to Expect
Breakfast and informal networking at the Colts Gridiron Hall

Full-day access to the Hulman Terrace Club Suite at the track during Fast Friday

Enjoy reserved outdoor grandstand seating directly in front of the club or relax inside the climate-controlled suite featuring premium food stations, cash bars, and a covered outdoor bar area.
Tickets include exclusive access to the Hulman Terrace Club suite and seating, with pit and garage credentials available to check out on event day.
Key features of the Hulman Terrace Club include:
Seating: Reserved, comfortable outdoor seats with access to a climate-controlled indoor lounge.
Location: Outside the front straightaway, near the exit of Turn 4.
Amenities: Private restrooms, access to premium food/beverage options, and a covered bar area.
Views: Excellent, elevated, and covered views of the entire front straightaway, Turn 4, and the Pagoda.
This experience is designed to support meaningful connection, continued collaboration, and time together outside of a traditional conference environment, while taking part in a uniquely Indianapolis tradition.

Spouses are welcome to attend, but all guests must be registered in advance. An accurate headcount is required to coordinate transportation and secure the appropriate number of Indianapolis Motor Speedway passes.
Guests are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations. A reduced room rate and hotel block are available below.
