Awards & Deadlines Schedule

 We award 4 times per year.

1st

      Accepting Applications: October 1st - December 31st

      Deadline: Initial application must be submitted by December 31st and Part II must be returned to be eligible for awarding.

      Grant Awarding: 1st round grants will be awarded by January 31st.

2nd

      Accepting Applications: January 1st - March 31st

      Deadline: Initial Application must be submitted by March 31st and Part II must be returned to be eligible for awarding.

      Grant Awarding: 2nd round grants will be awarded by April 30th.

3rd

      Accepting Applications: April 1st - June 30th

     Deadline: Initial Application must be submitted by June 30th and Part II must be returned to be eligible for awarding.

      Grant Awarding: 3rd round grants will be awarded by July 31st

4th

Accepting Application: July 1st - September 30th

Deadline: Initial Application must be submitted by September 30th and Part II must be returned to be eligible for awarding.

Grant Awarding: 4th round grants will be awarded by October 31st.

 

*** Please take into consideration that there are two parts of the application process.***
Part 1- The Initial application is submitted instantly online to be completed by the patient/caregiver. Part 2- The Packet application will be sent to you from TCAF after receiving the Initial application. The packet needs to be filled out by the patient/caregiver AND the Oncologist/Oncology Social Worker. You will also need to attach a copy of a state issued photo identification card. Part 1 and Part 2 need to be submitted to be eligible for a grant.
